“Health and fitness is a major part of our new retirement lifestyle. I contacted Annette with a functional goal in mind- wanting to be really fit for the start of our ski season so that we could enjoy full days and avoid injury as we tackled challenging terrain. Annette researched and designed my workouts to emphasize skiing-specific strength, stamina and balance exercises.
