Sports performance for amateur athletes, permanent weight loss and fitness for seniors are areas I specialize in, focusing on the core with everything!

I’ve been training since 1994, from ages 18-102. I am constantly learning new concepts and training techniques due to my and my clients’ curiosity. I regularly exceed the minimum education requirements for Certified Personal Trainers. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I’ve got a powerful arsenal of sources where I can get those answers. My clients are my bosses and the goals of the clients are my goals. All I do is facilitate the training process through creative program design, fill in the holes of knowledge, de-bunk myths and create all-around efficiency to provide my clients with the best value for their money.

Variety is the key to continuous and rapid progress in fitness training. No two sessions will ever be the same. Periodization is not an option, and I use all forms of techniques (isolation, functional, balance and coordination, yoga, plyometric, stabilization, cardiovascular, single and multiplanar, etc.) and equipment (selectorized, plate loaded, free weights, dumb bells, kettle bells, jump rope, ladder, bike, Cybex ARC trainer, treadmill, medicine and stability balls, etc.) to maximize the results of my clients.
